Local Offer
- Description
Children in our setting are supported primarily by their named key person who is supported by the manager/SENCo. Together with the parents they will plan a child's next steps. Children who have a My Plan will be supported by their key person and other members of staff, in every session they attend. The child's key person along with the SENCo will explain all procedures to the child's parents. They will encourage a two way flow of information, so that everyone is working towards the same outcome.
What support will my/our setting provide for your child's overall well being?
Staff are aware of the children's personal, social and emotional development and this may be different across the age range as well as the children with SEND. They will tailor their approach to each child individually.
