Ampney Crucis C of E Primary School
- Local Offer
Ampney Crucis is a popular village primary school three miles east of Cirencester. We offer each one of our pupils the opportunity to develop into well rounded individuals with an enthusiasm for learning and life. We achieve this through three classes with a low pupil to adult ratio, a well planned, creative curriculum, and a very caring, supportive environment. We also ensure that all the pupils have opportunities to take part in a wide variety of extra curricular activities.

- Description
Ampney Crucis values the contribution that every child can make and is supported by the Local Authority to ensure that all pupils, regardless of their specific needs, make the best possible progress. The school seeks to raise the achievement, remove barriers to learning and increase physical and curricular access to all. All children and young people with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND) are valued, respected and considered equal members of the school. As such, provision for pupils with SEND is a matter for the school as a whole. All teachers are teachers of pupils with SEND. The Governing Body, Headteacher, SENDCO and all other members of staff are responsibel for teaching children with SEND.
