30 hours free childcare parental survey now live!

Gloucestershire County Council has launched an online survey for parents, to understand possible demand for the increased free childcare entitlement of 30 hours for 3 & 4 year olds from September 2017. The survey can be accessed here and will be open for 3 weeks until the end of June.

We would like as many parents as possible to complete the online survey!

Childcare providers, children centres, schools and other local partners are encouraging parents to complete the survey and communications through our media channels. To help partners and providers direct parents, we have produced a postcard for you to print, with key details about the survey. Responses will help childcare providers and the Council ensure sufficient supply of free childcare places and inform planning of childcare provision in Gloucestershire.

Details of all free childcare entitlements, including the 30 hours, can be found at the new Childcare Choices website. Details of childcare providers can be found here on Glos Families Directory. If providers or parents have any queries about the online survey, please contact the Family Information Service on 01452 427362 or email familyinfo@gloucestershire.gov.uk
