Changing Places Survey - Cheltenham

Changing Places toilets provide for those with complex needs by ensuring that there is enough space for a wheelchair user and their carer(s) as well as suitable equipment for those that need assistance with personal hygiene.

As you may be aware, there are currently only three Changing Places toilets within Gloucestershire. Cheltenham Borough Council would like to redress this balance with a proposal to install Changing Places toilet facilities within Cheltenham town centre and Pittville park play area.
