There are 3 different courses available, these are Getting it Right for Children, Arguing Better and Me, You and Baby too.
-Getting it Right for Children is for parents who are separated or in the process
of separating from their child’s other parent and who are finding it difficult to
communicate with one another.
-Arguing better is for parents who are still in a relationship with their child’s other
parent and who engage in destructive conflict with their partner.
-‘Me, You and Baby Too’ helps new and expectant parents prepare for changes in
their own relationship, giving them the skills to communicate better and support
each other at this important time in their lives.
The practitioner guides for each of the three programmes can also be found within the download section to the left. The download section also includes "Getting on Better" cards which are digital resources from the programme.
If you identify parents/carers who would benefit from support with improving their communication, managing relationship stress and resolving conflict in healthy ways please sign post them to the course that is the best for them using the link below to the One Plus One digital resources.
