Early Help Forums
The Early Help Co-ordinators from each locality arrange a forum three times a year for the Lead Practitioners in their area. These forums provide an opportunity for practitioners to hear guest speakers presenting useful information from agencies who can support children and families. The forums also provide an opportunity for networking. This enables practitioners to talk to each other about how they have supported the children and families, share good practice and work together to identify local resources and organisations who can further support their work. The Early Help Co-ordinators also use them as a means to share updates from Gloucestershire County Council, particularly around the use of the Graduated Pathway of Early Help and Support and the Gloucestershire Levels of Intervention.
These forums are interactive and respond to the needs identified by the local practitioners. They are informal and welcoming for members new and existing from a range of settings. Please contact your local Early Help Co-ordinator, using the email address below, if you are not on a distribution list and would like to receive information about future forums.
