Many of the young people that we work with in the Youth Support Team really benefit from outdoor activities

The activities team holds an Adventurous Activities licence (AALS - Gloucestershire Youth Support Team - Activities Team (hse.gov.uk) ) which allows them to provide accessible activity programmes across Gloucestershire, supporting young people to develop resilience and learn new skills and behaviours that support every area of their lives. 

We offer a range of accreditation schemes, including first aid and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme. We also train staff from other organisations in using the outdoors creatively, including the Southwest Moorland Leader Training Scheme - South West Moorland Leader Training Scheme (swmlts.org.uk).
