Allsorts Health & Fitness Programme

Allsorts offer a variety of specialist opportunities to Allsorts members and people aged 14+ to increase fitness levels alongside friends and family.
All classes are delivered by qualified fitness instructors who provide a range of engageing exercises that develop health and well being.

All staff are experienced and trained as required to accommodate the needs of the young people. All staff have safeguarding training and are DBS & reference checked. There is always a first aider present at activities.
