Children & Families Helpdesk

  • Local Offer

To report welfare concerns about a child or to find out whether you or the person you care for is eligible for support, you can contact Gloucestershire County Council's Children and Families Helpdesk.

If you need to make a referral as a Practitioner to the Front Door for Children's Services, please use the new Liquid Logic portal to complete a MARF.

All MARF’s will need to be completed via the portal. When a child is at immediate risk of significant harm, please continue to contact the Front Door on 01452 426565.

How to use the portal

There is no need for any training to use the new portal. Before using the portal, you will need to register. If you make regular referrals you will only need to register once. Once registered, you will be able to complete a Multi Agency Referral Form.

For Out of Hours information and the Portal Guidance Booklet, please log in to view further details in the Practitioner Information section below.
