Each child has a designated Key Person who welcomes and looks after your child from the first session and during the settling in process. This ensures that your child's individual needs are a priority to us. Reflective practice and self-evaluation are threaded into all aspects of our provision and our approach to early years' education is to provide a good balance between child and adult led activities. The adult initiated activities always take into account the interests and needs of the children and the group as a whole. Children are encouraged to be independent learners and activities are planned to be open ended with the aim to provide the children with a wide variety of opportunities and experiences which support the development of a firm foundation for learning including: promoting language and communication social interaction confidence independence curiosity motivation problem solving and attention.
