I have been working in childcare since 1998 in various settings and as a childminder since September 2007. Since 2013 I have worked as an Early Years Lead Professional. I have done the Bristol Standards Quality Assurance Programme and have my Early Years Teacher Status. I have also taken part in an introductory inclusion training programme called Inclusion Needs You (INU) which is aimed at providers who want to actively welcome disabled children and young people to take part in their provision or activity. I can accept the 2; 3 & 4 Funding provided by Gloucestershire County Council.

We are happy to cater for additional needs and will discuss any needs with the parents. We work closely with other childminders and are happy to make any links that we feel are necessary. I have baby sign language and BSL level one and I am currently refreshing this qualification and doing level two.
