Cheltenham Foodbank

The Cheltenham Foodbank offers immediate and tangible support to people lacking the funds to buy food in the Cheltenham area by providing an emergency parcel of non-perishable food, given at no cost to individuals and families as a direct result of a referral from one of the front-line care agencies they work with. Care professionals such as doctors, health visitors and social workers identify people in crisis and issue them with a foodbank voucher. Schools, churches, businesses and individuals donate non-perishable, in-date food to the foodbank. All food given out by foodbanks is donated.
