Your child’s class teacher will plan personalised work and targets to suit the needs of your child. These targets will be shared with you and your child and will be reviewed and renewed termly. They are recorded using a ‘My Plan’.

If your child’s progress continues to raise concerns despite receiving graduated support, the school will consider with your approval, referrals to relevant external agencies such as the Advisory Teaching Services or Educational Psychologist. These professionals will work with the school and you as parents to employ new targets, introduce further strategies and deploy additional resources. Regular monitoring will measure outcomes and the impact of the additional support provided.
