Train to become a Forest School Leader in a local, working Forest School, mentored by highly skilled practitioners, with the opportunity to complete a large section of the course online at your own pace.
Not ready for the Leader qualification and just want to learn more about the principles that underpin this global style of outdoor learning? Begin your Level 1 today and build on your studies at a later date, not a problem.

5 minutes from Junction 11a of the M5, our training centre is within the grounds of a working Forest School at the foot of Chosen Hill.
Free parking is located within a few minutes walk.

- Level 2 Assistant = £450 (no vat) Registration fee

We are there to support you before, during and after your training and have built strong links with organisations including The University Of Gloucestershire, Active Gloucestershire and The Ernest Cook Trust.All of our three levels of Forest School qualification are internationally recognised and awarded by The Open College Network, supported by The Forest School Association.

We are based outside in a working Forest School with courses running all year around. All pathways are wide enough for a wheelchair to enter.

Courses are run by qualified primary school teachers with Qualified Teacher Status and over 15 years of experience.

This course can provide a variety of potential employment possibilities including working in the Bushcraft sector, running or assistant at Forest School, teaching in a specialised outdoor setting. The qualification is also recognised in at least 5 countries (currently) worldwide.
