Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties Association
The Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties Association (SEBDA) exists to promote excellence in services for children and young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties and to support those who work with them. The association has been active for over fifty years and has always been concerned with children and young people of all ages in whatever setting their special needs are found. SEBDA is multi-professional, fostering the mutual understanding amongst the different professional groups that is essential to effective work. It supports members in schools - mainstream or special, day or residential, maintained, non maintained or independent - in Social Service units, field or residential, in voluntary societies, and in Health settings.
