1-2-1 Talking Therapy

An experienced and qualified Counsellor/Therapist registered with the BACP.  I work with children from the age of 9 years of age, teenagers, young adults as well as adults of all ages.  I am fully insured and have an enhanced DBS certificate.

I work integratively using Person Centred and CBT models. I am adaptable in working with all ages and so use creative and solution focused techiniques to support the individual.

I offer face to face counselling at a couple of locations in Gloucester.  I also offer remote sessions via Zoom video, telephone and text chat.

I have an advanced specialist certificate in counselling Children and Young People.  I work for the charity Teens in Crisis Plus. I have experience counselling Carers.  I have worked as a Secondary School teacher abd Special Needs Classroom Assistant.  I worked for a Home-Start charity for many years.

I have experience in supporting individuals with their mental health issues and relationship difficulties.  I also support indivduals with health concerns such as Epilepsy and Diabetes.
