Breastfeeding Network
The Breastfeeding Network (BfN) is a UK wide Registered Charity, which aims to be an independent source of support and information for breastfeeding women, and for those involved in their care. They provide a National Telephone Helpline - Supporterline - on 0300-100-0212; lines are open 9:30am to 9:30pm, and callers are connected to their nearest BfN Registered Breastfeeding Supporter. The BfN help run over a hundred breastfeeding drop-in centres in the UK and offer Open College Network accredited training courses for mothers and health professionals. They also run the Drugs in Breastmilk Helpline on 0844-412-4665, a Supporterline in Bengali / Sylheti on 0300-456-2421 and a helpline in Tamil / Telugu / Hindi on 0300-330-5469.
