Gloucester Wheelchair Rugby Club Team
- Local Offer
The Gloucester Wheelchair Rugby Team is an inclusive team involving those with disabilities.
We are always looking for players to play in our. We are in partnership with Gloucester Rugby Club and the University Of Gloucestershire.
If an adult or younger person is interested in playing for the team, the individual would at this time have to pass a classification test to play in a league setting. So an individual would be tested on their ability to play. This would be down to the National Governing Body professionals to deem their classification.
The club also offer Outreach where the University Staff will offer taster sessions in the community. This can be in Schools, community settings or Colleges.
We are grateful to have EDF sponsoring the club with support from Imjin Barracks and GR Lane.
