The Sleep Charity
- Local Offer
We aim to support children and young people to have a good night's sleep. This in turn ensures that they can meet their full potential and leads to a more positive family life. We offer sleep workshops, sleep clinics, one to one support for families who are struggling with sleep deprivation, telephone and email support. We also offer talks/conferences and training to practitioners.
The service is not time limited and ongoing support can be provided subject to funding.
