Gloucestershire Counselling Service were established over 40 years ago.

The Child and Family Counselling Service (C&FCS) offers a counselling service for children, young people and families who are experiencing difficulties. These may be difficulties that stem from changes in family life such as separation, divorce / remarriage, developments within step-families, illness, loss or bereavement; or it could be worries about how to support a troubled adolescent, a child experiencing bullying or a child or young person in the family finding it hard to make friends or launch themselves into greater independence.

The Child and Family Counselling Service offer a confidential space where families can meet to think about and talk through their concerns. The team members are experienced counsellors accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to a child protection policy and procedure.

Fees are negotiable in case of hardship.  Individual and couples counselling also available.
