  • Each child has a key person and they will be the main contact for parents/carers. They will discuss next steps and assessments with parents, other staff and the setting senco if needed. If a child needs support in the setting then a key person, senco and Manager will oversee this support. Regular reviews will take place with parents/carers and staff.
