Do you now want to change your life for the better by removing barriers to emotional and psychological well being?

I am a qualified, experienced therapist. For instance, I can support you in overcoming PTSD, anxiety, stress, fears or phobias, confidence and self-image issues or relationship problems. These are common difficulties which we all struggle with at times in our lives.

Do you simply want to find a way to leave behind a mindset or behaviour pattern that no longer serves you? We often find ourselves repeating patterns of behaviour or habits due to past experience. Because of what we have lived through, these patterns can prevent us from having the quality of life we would wish for ourselves.  Trauma, for instance, can even stop us from liking or loving ourselves.  By re-training our minds and re-framing our inner dialogue through therapy we can improve or resolve these behaviours. We can learn to enjoy our lives again.  This can be particularly true for couples who have become caught in self-defeating and destructive patterns of relating to each.  I also work with  people who live with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). Anxiety and insecurity can cause many patterns of behaviour which have OCD characteristics.  I can support clients in reducing or resolving these.
