Our aim is to make this first adventure into the world of education as fun and easy as possible for both parent and child. When a child starts with us we aim to get to know them through home visits or initial visits to the group accompanied by their parent or carer. An individual induction pack is sent out to parents or carers and an induction plan/start date is given. The key person works closely with parents/carer and child to ensure all the child’s needs are met. When the child moves on to another setting we complete a transition record and pass on any relevant documentation with parental permission.
