Gloucestershire Domestic Abuse and Support Service

  • Local Offer

We are committed to supporting victims of domestic abuse and their children to remain safe within or following an abusive relationship. We aim to reduce the impact of Domestic Abuse on an individual or family and help them to move on safely and securely, free from abuse.

We run a helpdesk which is open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, offering advice and emotional and practical support to victims of Domestic Abuse.

Due to recent government advice to work from home, our office is closed until further notice. Our helpdesk line has been redirected and will be extremely busy but your call will be answered it may just take a while.

Always call 999 if it's an emergency or you're in immediate danger.

We specialise in developing bespoke packages of support for women and men aged 16 and up who have experienced Domestic Abuse. These are delivered through a series of face to face appointments, telephone support, email and texts. The packages are tailored to last around 12 weeks.

We run various group work programmes throughout the county aimed at supporting Women and children to understand and move on from the effects of Domestic Abuse, please see our group work section on our website for more information.
