Counselling and Mentoring young people and families

Sarah has 26 years of experience, supporting vulnerable people in schools and the community. Her qualifications in Mental Health & Social Care, Counselling, Creative Arts, Sound Therapy & Mindfulness, all give her an extensive range of health & wellbeing interventions to support young people, adults, and families.

A Space 2 Be provide a safe environment to explore different therapeutic interventions that can support feelings of stress, low mood, and anxiety, with the aim of supporting and improving resilience, self-esteem & confidence, building trust & exploring personal development.  Sarah has specialist training with Gendered Intelligence to provide specific support for any gender, identity and diversity topics, this includes 1-1 support, therapeutic groups, and training for professionals.
