To enable young players to develop their cricketing skills to a competitive level . We believe that the programme provides a safe and controlled environment to develop not only sport skills but an opportunity to mix with peers and gain invaluable social skills The training & development programme also provides the players the opportunity to progress to either the future senior super9’s county team or if they feel confident in their skill to be able to play in the D40’s hardball team We are also in the process of forming a social side to the team activities to involve family and friends
