InfoBuzz is a Gloucestershire County-wide independent charity that supports vulnerable children, young people, and families with complex needs through a variety of support options. Infobuzz also helps young people negotiate the transition to adulthood by providing information, advice, and support. They provide a brief targeted intervention service for those who are vulnerable both in and out of educational establishments.

Infobuzz also provides learning opportunities that focus on the development of personal and social skills through group work that is NOCN accredited Community qualifications such as Nail Art, Creative Art and Going to work. 

The Hidden Victims of Crime project provides families with practical support to cope with the impact of a family member going to prison or going through the Criminal Justice System. Families are allocated a therapeutic caseworker who will discuss with you, your needs and put together a plan of support.

The Therapeutic services project provides mental health support. Programs associated with our well-being strand is Arcus, supporting families who have a child with gender identity needs, Parental Mental health, supporting families to understand their child's mental health, and GAP, which stands for Gloucester assist Parents, which is phone contact instead of face to face support in line with PMH. 

Infobuzz offers a wide range of bespoke packages that are delivered through therapeutic art for children with emotional and behavioral needs based on outcomes set by the referral. 

PHSE raising awareness sessions conducted in schools around topics of concern such as - online safety, Safe nights out, Substance misuse, Relationships and consent, and teenage body image to name a few.
