  • Local Offer

Searchlight Learning offers bespoke educational support and 1:1 tuition for children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs in Gloucestershire. Specialist teachers provide individual learning programmes to meet the needs of each young person, combining both academic and pastoral support to enable them to achieve their potential. Staff work with young people at their home, in school, in the community or online: helping the young person be in the right mindset to learn, providing useful coping strategies, improving confidence and self esteem whilst improving academic knowledge and skills.

Searchlight Learning is particularly well placed and experienced in working with young people in care, those excluded or at risk of school  exclusion and young people who are school refusing. Any individual or organisation working with young people can make a referral to the service.
