Mothers in Mind Support Groups Home- Start North and West Gloucestershire

  • Local Offer

We are delighted to attach details of our forthcoming Mothers in Mind groups which we will be offering from January – March 2024 across Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and The Forest of Dean

Mothers in Mind (MiMs) The Mothers in Mind group is a 10-week peer support group during term-time, offering mums a place to find comfort, advice and support while struggling with their mental health around the time of birth and after. The group will be a place for sharing thoughts and experiences, taking part in activities, or solely enjoying the company of other mums and their children. We welcome babies and up to preschool aged children. Each group aims to give you tools to promote positive wellbeing and find out about other support in your community.
